Ezenta’s support is your single point of contact where you can get help with resolving all of your IT issues. You can always get support from Ezenta - regardless of whether you are already a customer of ours or if the support request is our first shared project.
If you already have a support agreement with Ezenta, it is possible to expand the agreement with a round the clock emergency support agreement - just in case you find yourself in a critical situation.
